By becoming a Subscriber MyEfundraiser Store, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. This agreement is subject to change by ProInkStores.com L.L.C. at any time.

1) Program Cost and Maintenance Fees - There are NONE, read on...
The cost to create an online store is zero. (free) The cost of monthly site maintenance is zero. (free) We all know that nothing is truely free, so how is this possible? We operate a true fundraiser. Our goal is your success. We are not here to make money from you... We are here to help you. Our system has been built with state-of-the-art technology that allows us to function without much overhead.

We make our money by selling product. For each product you sell, you get a large commission, and we leave enough margin to provide all the customer service, website maintenance, and a profit for us. Everyone Wins! We have been in the printer supply industry for over 15 years. This affords us the ability to provide the best products and a great price, while providing you a lucrative fundraiser.We know we risk looking "gimmicky" for providing this great fundraiser for free, but we guarantee you will be happy with its simplicity and success. It is the easiest fundraiser you have ever done.

2) Message Boards
Subscriber-only message boards are included in many subscriptions. The accepted standards of conduct in these communities are determined by the publishing partner of any given site. Subscribers agree that MyEfundraiser Store and its publishing partners have the right to enforce these standards, including removing access to message boards with no refund to the Subscriber.

3) Subscriber Information
Subscriber must promptly inform MyEfundraiser Store of any of the following: changes in the expiration date of any debit card used in connection with the service; changes in home or billing address; and apparent breaches of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of an ID or password. Until MyEfundraiser Store is notified by e-mail of a breach in security, the Subscriber will remain liable for any unauthorized use of the Subscription Service.

4) Access
Subscribers are responsible for providing all personal computer and communications equipment necessary to gain access to the Service. Access to and use of the subscription service is through a combination of an ID and a password. Each Subscriber must keep his password strictly confidential. MyEfundraiser Store will not release passwords for any reason, except as may be specifically required by law or court order. Unauthorized access to the Subscription Service is a breach of this Agreement and a violation of law.

5) Warranty
No warranty is made by MyEfundraiser Store regarding any information, services, or products provided through or in connection with the Subscription Service, and MyEfundraiser Store hereby expressly disclaims any and all warranties, including without limitation: any warranties as to the availability, accuracy, or content of information, products, or services; any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some states/provinces do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

6) Use Restriction
The material on the Subscription Service is for the private, non-commercial enjoyment of Subscribers only. Any other use is strictly prohibited. MyEfundraiser Store and its publishing partners spend a great deal of time and money to obtain the information appearing on its web sites. Subscribers agree that they will not copy, publish, or in any way make available publicly any news, pictures, interviews, features, or any other information from MyEfundraiser Store web sites, without express written permission from MyEfundraiser Store.
Subscribers agree that, should they do so, MyEfundraiser Store reserves the right to cancel their subscription immediately without refund. Additionally, reuse of copyrighted information (pictures, interviews, features, videos, audio, etc.) may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law,
To prevent access by multiple users sharing one account, MyEfundraiser Store reserves the right to limit access for each Subscriber to a fixed number of physical locations or machines. Subscriber agrees to notify MyEfundraiser Store in advance if their situation calls for use of multiple machines (i.e. student work lab, library, etc.).

7) Notices
Notices by MyEfundraiser Store to registered users may be given by means of electronic messages or by a general posting on the service. Notices by registered users may be given by electronic messages.
We may feature some of the powerful stories from the "My Journal" section of this Web site in our promotional materials. If we decide to feature your story, we will contact you for permission before using it in any way. Hey, we respect your right to privacy and to stay out of the limelight if you so choose.

8) Support
All questions that can't be answered at the FAQ/Help Desk should be sent by means of electronic message to support@MyEfundraiser.com. Please include your name and username in all correspondence or IT WILL BE IGNORED.

9) Agreement
This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the Subscriber and MyEfundraiser Store regarding the use of the Subscription Service, and supersedes all prior written and oral understandings and writings.

The Agreement shall be governed pursuant to the laws of the State of Utah.

The Subscriber hereby warrants and represents that he or she is in all respects is qualified and competent to enter into this agreement.
